Post your Favorite Frugal Recipe!

Is it possible to eat healthy, delicious food on a budget? I have yet to cut my grocery budget down as much as I would have hoped to, so I am not sure. Frankly, I am out of ideas as far as making inexpensive meals. I figured I would call on my fabulous readers to share their recipe ideas with all of us. So please share a recipe or two that is frugal yet delicious.
